Welcome to LinkedInCarousel ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at www.linkedincarousel.com and our AI-powered carousel creation services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

  • By accessing or using LinkedInCarousel, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
  • If you are using LinkedInCarousel on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
  • If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

  • LinkedInCarousel is an AI-powered platform that enables users to create carousel posts optimized for LinkedIn and other social media platforms. Features include AI content generation, text-to-carousel conversion, template-based design, and image export.
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Account Registration

  • Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@linkedincarousel.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

  • LinkedInCarousel offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans include limited credits and features. Paid plans provide additional credits, features, and priority support.
  • Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) depending on the plan you select. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle.
  • All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or explicitly stated in our refund policy.
  • We may change our pricing at any time. Price changes for existing subscribers will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and we will provide advance notice of any price increase.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will retain access to paid features until then.

5. Credits and Usage

  • Carousel generation and certain features consume credits. The number of credits included depends on your subscription plan.
  • Unused credits do not roll over to the next billing cycle unless explicitly stated in your plan details.
  • We reserve the right to adjust credit allocations and usage limits as part of plan changes, with prior notice to affected users.

6. User Content

  • You retain ownership of all content you input into LinkedInCarousel (text, images, and other materials) and the carousels you create using the Service ("User Content").
  • By using the Service, you grant LinkedInCarousel a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
  • You are solely responsible for the User Content you provide. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to use the content you input, and that your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, violate any laws, or contain harmful, defamatory, or illegal material.
  • We do not monitor or endorse User Content, but we reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

7. AI-Generated Content

  • LinkedInCarousel uses third-party AI models to generate carousel designs, text suggestions, and layouts. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your intended purpose.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and editing AI-generated content before publishing or sharing it. LinkedInCarousel is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.
  • AI-generated outputs may occasionally resemble content created by others. We do not guarantee the uniqueness or originality of AI-generated content.

8. Prohibited Uses

  • You agree not to use LinkedInCarousel to: create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Generate spam, phishing content, or misleading material.
  • Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service or its AI models.
  • Use automated bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Service beyond normal usage.
  • Circumvent usage limits, authentication mechanisms, or security features.
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without our written permission.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you engage in any prohibited activities.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The LinkedInCarousel platform, including its design, code, branding, logos, documentation, and all associated intellectual property, is owned by LinkedInCarousel and its licensors.
  • Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Service or its intellectual property, except for the limited right to use the Service as described herein.
  • If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you.

10. Third-Party Services

  • LinkedInCarousel integrates with and relies on third-party services, including AI model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Google), cloud infrastructure, and payment processors. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
  • We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party services.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from the use of the Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LINKEDINCAROUSEL AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
  • OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

  • You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LinkedInCarousel and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

14. Termination

  • You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
